We are in the B2B trade and provide our clients with after sales support for the equipment we have supplied as well as for their repeat orders we get for the consumables they need every month.
We want to have an Progressive Web Application build and the main purpose of same is providing our clients a one stop solutions for all they need to get in touch with us for in the trade we do with them.
For eg.
1. Calculate their usage based on our pre-defined rules.
2. Place/Confirm/Request Orders for consumable items.
3. Access to our Knowledge base for easy troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns.
4. Raise tickets for unresolved issues.
5. View - Statement, Outstanding Amount, Invoice Details, Sales Orders, etc. (to be fetched from our billing software Zoho Books)
