Produce My Portfolio Website

I have a google site with my portfolio. I want to transofrm it in a github portfolio. The Portfolio is very simple. It is just one page with my photos, the links to my research and the link to my cv. I need someone that produce the website for me in a way that I can just Fork it into my github and that should be up and running.
It can be made in HTML.
