Problems with PayPal/WPForms/Hostagator integration.

Project Title: Problems with WPForms/Hostgator/PayPal Payment Processing

Overview:
I am experiencing issues with the PayPal integration on my website's payment processing system. I am in need of a skilled freelancer who can help me resolve these problems. All three providers point the finger at each other.

Problems with PHP versions and updated plug-ins: Hostgator hasn't upgraded to 8.0, causing a possible problem with compatibility. Hostgator down-graded WP version to be compatible with their old php, but I have no idea if the plug-ins have been impacted.
