Please create my NFT Page with minting functionality

I already have a homepage and i need to add a NFT Tab which will link to the official NFT Homepage. There should be the same design as i have on my orignal homepage.
First i only need the the NFT page without minting function for advertisement and after a certain date the mint button should appear.
