Pharmacy E-Script Portal Development

I need a comprehensive web portal for a pharmacy scripting solution. This platform will enable patients to upload their e-scripts and select a pharmacy from a provided list. Once a selection is made, the chosen pharmacy will be notified to dispense the medication. The system should also generate a shipping label for deliveries, although patients can opt for in-store pickup as well.

Key Requirements:
- Partner pharmacies need portal access with user roles:
- Admin (full access)
- Manager (manage orders)
- Staff (view orders only)
- Patient account creation via email and password.
- Patients can view their e-scripts, and have them dispensed at their preferred pharmacy.
- Payment integration required for:
- Credit/Debit card
- PayPal
- Payment should be deposited into the pharmacies' accounts or allow for in-store payment if pickup is selected.
- The portal must access the Patient’s Active Script Link to verify all issued e-scripts via MySL, requiring backend pharmacy verification.
