Parallax Web page template
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a personal parallax web page template. I will use it to host a blog that uses parallax scrolling for blog posts.
The parallax scrolling needs to support HTML text with CSS, and then have embedded content consisting of raster and vector pictures, videos, and basic interactive charts. A good example of how this all comes together are NYT graphical stories located here: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2022/12/28/us/2022-year-in-graphics.html
The web page can be hosted on either Azure or AWS.
Feel free to use one of the more common scripting languages such as PHP or JavaScript.
Nice to haves would be:
*Support for data visualizations in R or another common way of displaying data such as embedded PowerBI or Tableau.
*Support for a 3D model walkthrough built on a common tool like Blender or Maya.
*Support for a 2D zoom in on a raster or vector image. Zoom in to a hotspot then zoom out.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating parallax web page templates
- Ability to customize the template to fit a personal theme
- Knowledge of responsive design for optimal viewing on different devices
