Pancakeswap uniswap (ETH & BSC) type dex with manual approval and charts

I want a manual approval dex where users cannot instantly add their tokens to the dex. Users will need an audit by a selection of preferred auditors from a list. No fee required for listing but we will have to manually approve. Will also need a token developed for the project with taxes and dex token will be default on the home page. Layout will have a chart integrated but users can decide to hide chart. Will be very modern design and responsive. Fees will go to admin. Holders of project token will not pay tx fees. Dex will trade eth and bsc pairs. Users will choose which network and will be able to trade eth pairs with eth network and bsc pairs on bsc.
