Looking for a web designer who can create a 5 Page Website for my upcoming WordPress Plugin.

The website will serve as a platform to showcase the plugin's key features, with a focus on its functionality.
I will put in the content but I require the placeholders for the text.
I would also require you to have the images and icons for all pages.
I'll add the screenshot(s) though.
Required skill set : HTML5, CSS3, TailWindCSS 3.x (and AlpineJS 3.x if for any reason to use dynamic functionality)
Don't use jQuery and Bootstrap at all.
My budget is within Rs 6,000.
