PDF to HTML Conversion

I am looking to have a long 10000+ PDF documents (more than 7 pages each) converted to HTML. The PDF is solely text-based, and I would like the content to be re-structured in the HTML document, to ensure that things are properly structured. So, I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with PDF to HTML conversion that involves restructuring the content to guarantee that it looks the same and makes sense in the HTML format.

Please note its better to make a script and import PDF's individual HTML wont be possible
