Optimize Website using Bootstrap 5.1

Hi,
My new website is using Bootstrap 5.1, JQuery 3.6 and PHP 8.1.
The goal of this project is to optimize the HTML/CSS part only:
- Become fully responsive
- Look nicer (design!)
- Be fully compliant with w3.org
Skills required:
- Design
- HTML
- CSS
- Bootstrap 5.1
Skills of PHP and JQuery are NOT required as I will do all the programming myself.
As I am still developing the website and underlying PHP, I need a Bootstrap-Professional on an ongoing basis. So please bid with your hourly rate. I expect a total of 20 to 30 hours for this project. You should be available for smaller tasks within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
I will provide URL and credentials to selected bidders.
