I'm in need of an experienced developer to make specific adjustments to the existing integration of Quickbooks Web Connector with my Open Cart website. The integration and script have been working well for a few years, but we have changed internal processes, and need the integration edited to match.
Your main tasks will be:
• Edit the extension/mappings so a SALES ORDER is created within quickbooks, instead of a sales receipt.
o One additional change is we would like the Web Order ID number to also go into the memo field, along with the customers first and last name.
• When a sales order is created, we must sync the payment information.
o Payment amount
o Payment Method
o Date
o Web Order Number
o Account to deposit to
• Occasionally an order or item will not sync via the web connector due to various reasons. When this happens, we would like the order status in OpenCart to change to “Must Invoice Manually” (do not notify the customer).
