CV Online for Project

I'm looking for an experienced professional to help me create an online CV that I can use for personal use. I know exactly how I want it to look so I need someone who is able to take my idea and bring it to life. This project requires a good understanding of data protection, so I'm not sure if special measures will need to be taken - the right candidate will be able to inform me of what's needed.
