You should have already existing accounts (mostly preferable)
You need to reach targets every month.
Fixed pay:Rupees 15,000
Target:Rupees 1,50,000
Above Rupees 1,50,000-5% commission
If you cannot reach the target then it cannot be paid.
You should be experienced in bidding
