Online Interactive Real Estate Calculator

I syndicate private equity from investors who purchase large real estate properties. I'm trying to build a calculator that reflects how much money an investor would make if they invested X amount per year and continued to reinvest their profits over a 10 year period. I would like toggles, sliders and charts to make it user friendly.
