Online Coding Tutors Needed for Kids

I need Coding Tutors(20 positions open) for company who can teach online coding to kids from grade1 to grade12, company will provide all the required materials like Coding Curriculum, all required games and apps(online activities), required videos, necessary guidance,etc. Also for conducting online classes , company has its own websites for both teachers and students, & company has its own apps to use it. But the only condition that the coding tutor has to fulfill is that students/kids has to be find by the coding tutor and has to be enrolled to the company. Company will pay 40% of the total student fees received by the company to coding tutor. Payment will be done monthly based on the number of classes taken by tutor for that particular month. Payment will not be done on hourly basis as per freelancer's rate, it will be 40% of the total student fees received by the company for the number of classes students choose to enroll, that is also per month, based on the number of classes taken by tutor for particular student for that particular month.
