Ongoing B2B Website Design Partnership (*Wix preferred)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
*UPDATED*
I run a digital marketing agency that supports a steady roster of healthcare, nonprofit, and small business clients. Our previous designer stayed with us for four years, and I’m ready to hand the baton to someone equally reliable and inventive.
Each month, new projects land on the table; sometimes a full site build, other times a refresh or a set of new landing pages. The aesthetic is almost always modern and clean, so you should be comfortable translating brand guidelines into crisp layouts that load quickly and feel intuitive across all screen sizes.
Typical feature requests you’ll run into include dynamic contact forms, blog sections, rich media galleries for video and image content, and donor button integrations. Basic SEO is required for proper browser function. Clear naming conventions, well-organized design files, and an eye for accessibility are essential because our developers jump straight into your hand-off.
Communication matters as much as your design chops. Expect two to five Zoom calls per month, one standing weekly slot for quick questions, plus the occasional client walkthrough. Most day-to-day feedback happens over email, so prompt, thoughtful written replies are non-negotiable.
Deliverables I’ll look for:
• High-fidelity page designs (desktop & mobile optimization)
• Source files ready for development hand-off (Wix preferred)
• Style guidelines when a brand lacks its own
Bid Requirements:
Please review the scope definitions below and ensure your bid clearly aligns with the appropriate category or categories.
1. New Build
This applies if you are proposing to build a website from scratch. This includes discovery, site structure, page layout, design, development, and launch. No existing website, framework, or content should be assumed.
2. Redesign
This applies if you are proposing to overhaul an existing website. This includes a visual refresh, layout restructuring, user experience improvements, and content reorganization while working within the current platform and hosting environment, unless otherwise specified.
3. Monthly Maintenance
This applies if you are proposing ongoing website support. The scope is limited to maintaining site accuracy through content updates, performance checks, platform or plugin updates, and minor fixes. This does not include structural changes, new page builds, or design modifications.
Please confirm which category or categories you are bidding on and submit pricing accordingly.
If you thrive on consistent work, appreciate transparent processes, and enjoy refining modern B2B websites, let’s talk. Please be ready to present previous work.
