One page html code based on defined components

I need to convert one page from the Figma design into an HTML.
Page based on already defined styles and components.
The figma design is attached.
Everything between the header and footer needs to be created in HTML.
The page have to be created using these styles https://htmlstream.com/front/snippets/cards-grid.html but bootstrap components.
The page has to be responsible and follow design and styles in a separate file. The collapsable area has to load data from the external file (API in production).
