One by one conditional logic form for creative service order and account sign up
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a developer to write HTML code that will fit into my Squarespace website.
I would like to the form to be a simple format where one question is on the screen at a time. Very similar to typeform's style of form but slightly altered in ways I can explain. I can provide font, color, button look and layout. I essentially built this form in typeform already, but I would like to have it custom build instead to allow slightly more functionality. I can provide all of the logic paths and questions as well.
At the end of the form- users will be prompted with the sign up details for an account via my squarespace log in option.
For now- the results of the form can be sent to my email address.
In the future- I would like to build more to this code to allow more functionality to my site and automated functionality to the information I am gathering.
So this is an opportunity to get more work if we build a good relationship.
