Odoo17 Reports Template PlugIn (Implement own reports layout with additional functionality) -- 2

I'm in need of an Odoo17 expert to help me implement a custom template for my reports.
The task involves:
- Implementing a unique, professional layout design for quotes, invoices, and delivery bills.
Ideally, I'm looking for a freelancer with:
- Proven experience in Odoo17, particularly in developing custom reports templates.
- A great design sense to create professional and visually appealing templates.
- Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates and seek clarification when needed.
Looking forward to working together to enhance the reporting capabilities of my Odoo17 system.
We need a Template PlugIn for printing PDF reports like quotation / invoice / delivery bill. We have a special PDF layout that needs to be rebuilt.
We also have two types of quotes so we need to differentiate between “Normal Product” and “Retable Product” (subscribable products). If there is a better way to offer a subscription product via plugin, we would be happy to receive suggestions.
We also want to show/hide specific content on the quote/invoice individually.
We need an english version and a german translation.
We operate the open source version of Odoo on-premise.
