Non Scrollable website

Hello Champs,

Searching for someone who can develop a non scrollable static website.
There are multiple column base pages but it will work as a slide.
Website pages should change column by column on :
Laptop / Desktop :-
1. Up/Down Key
2. Touchpad swipe up/down

Mobile / Tab :-
1. Swipe up/down

Website look will be same on all screens.
Website content (text and images) should be editable easily by developer.
