Non-Fungible token NFT blockchain smart contract developer

For the creation of a new NFT marketplace, we are looking for devs that are able to implement a NFT system for the website.
The goal is to let future NFT creators to mint their NFT through our marketplace or to transfer their existing NFTs into our marketplace, what ever blockchain we are working on.
We would rather not run on the ETH blockchain as the gas fees are incredibly high.
The gold would be maybe to use SOLANA or CARDANO to run the marketplace nft smart contracts.
The system is a bit different than the usual NFT marketplaces, where creators have their NFTs on auction.
It's very important that we still can allow people coming with nft minted on the ETH blockchain to move to our system. A bridge will have to be developed and security is a must as well as very low gas fees.
This is going to be a long term project with full time 5 days a week work.
