Next.js Template Website Editing

We are wanting a full template website made from Next.js edited and working from start to finish

1/Setting up editing so we can edit images and text
2/ Linking all links to pages together
3/Setting up locations etc
4/ Editing dashboard links etc
5/ Implementing a reviews option for employers to rate jobseekers
6/ Adding a Editable Employment contract document for employers to add with every job posting
7/ Implementing a Video and Photo upload option for employers job posting and for jobseekers profile postings
8/ Basic SEO for the website
basically everything to get this site up and running smoothly
Only interested in programmers that can fully have this complete and running for us
I'm looking for a talented and experienced freelancer to help me edit a Next.js template website. The changes required for this project include:
- Layout modifications: I need the website's layout to be customized to better fit my brand and desired user experience.
- Text/content updates: I have some content that needs to be added, changed, or removed on the website.
- Functionality enhancements: I would like to add some additional features to the website to improve its functionality and user engagement.
