New Website Using Existing Website Data

Looking for a quick & cost-effective solution.
I have a website for Brand #1 that is up and running. I have a second brand (Brand #2) that is currently with Shopify. I firstly need help to move this website to Wordpress and setup as an add-on domain with my hosting plan for Brand #1.
The key is to make this 'new' website for Brand #2 quick and painless. I want to copy all of the contents for Brand #1 and just put them into a new theme and add new branding. So it'll be the same underlying content, but will have a different look/feel/branding. As all of the content is essentially the same, I'm hoping this should be a quick and cost-effective exercise.
Would like the payment aspect setup for WooCommerce as well - have not done this before so don't know how this works.
