New GUI for Jupyter Notebooks

I have a project and would like a quote if you are interested. We are an analytics consulting company and we are looking to build a new UI for Jupiter Notebook to let our clients use. If you have never used Jupiter Notebook, here is a link below. It is basically a notebook platform for running python code that is very popular with data analysts. We want to keep the entire infrastructure and back-end the same, but would like to create a more modern UI to use. Although we do not have a specific design mapped out, we would like to stay similar to the original design as far as where everything is located, but with an updated and modern UI. We would like to keep with the theme and logo from our website.
