Hi, I need a web developer to finish hero section for my project. Its a one time job. A good developer would hardly take an hour to complete.
my budget is $20 for the hero section. If you can use bootstrap 4 that's a plus. as this is a just a section so I don't care about your experience as long as you get the work done.
