I would like to have an html page created that has five blocks at top, left and right two blocks for content or adverts, middle will be big logo with some info around it, and below five blocks, it will have menu below that with search in same horizontal bar,
below the top five block and menubar, it will have content, the content will have 11 or 12 columns, each column will have content in small blocks only, each small block will have a text title and text content, and there will be a category title also above small blocks, attached is the file for how content blocks would be,
basically its just to make like small blocks and columns in newspaper.
my budget is fix of 10$ for the task,
