Need 1 page website

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a one-page website that will serve as an online version of my resume and showcase my skills as a software engineer. I have some ideas for the design and layout, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. The website will mainly provide information about my experience and skills. The main features that I would like to include are a contact form and a section for testimonials. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in website design and be familiar with creating one-page websites. This needs to be in pure html/css/bootstrap. No CMS's!
