Need to make a responsive website with mobile friendly

I have a website that I am working on back-end. I need a experienced front-end developer who has good hands on mobile response of the existing website.
As a first step you need to work on two pages which have to make responsive and functional as best we can on mobile devices.
You need to have experience in Visual Studio and Azure Devops for source control.
The page has a lot of information that needs tidying and understandable.
Please share me your previous work similar to mine.
Once the first stage is completed we will continue to work for long term.
