Need coupon code allocation and tracking

Hello!

My website gives coupons codes to customers for them to spend on retail websites.

The users "buy" these one-time discount codes which are then stored in their account.

I need some soft of software that can allocate the codes, track them back to my website and then mark them off as used when a customer uses one on a retailers website.

I am currently working with affiliate networks such as Partnerize, Rakuten and CommissionFactory.

These affiliate networks are able to do everything except track back to my website to mark the codes off as used.

So, if I could please get:

1. the codes allocated to the users when they "buy" them
2. tracking back from the retailers website when the code is used
