Need to build a carousel with button on banner on cascade tool

I need a web page carousel which is a combination of html, css and xml code in cascade tool. I need to have a banner like this site "https://business.nmsu.edu/". Need to make banners which slideshow along with a button on it.
The button show also slide with the banner similar to this site "https://business.nmsu.edu/".

Also need to have a number counter.
