Need Plugin Built For Partner Websites

Hello!
I need to get a plugin built to place on my partner websites.
The plugin will need to let the user enter a member number and earn 'points' relative to the amount they spend on that website.
The 'points' will then be sent via an API to their account hosted by my website.
So we just need to allocate points based on what they spend and then send that information to their accounts on my website.
I understand that all websites are built on different platforms and have different checkouts - this is the main issue.
Most of our partner websites have custom forms and custom checkouts, even on the one platform like Wordpress - so we need a solution that will cater for the custom forms and checkouts.
I am happy to look for a solution for just one platform and then replicate later on other platforms.
