Need Front-End Designer for Ongoing Daily Tasks

Hello, I need a front end designer for the following tasks
This is for a hand-coder. Using Bootstrap.
Core HTML/CSS/Javascript
We are not using W0rd-press. (except rarely)
Creating a New Websites:
- Create new web designs in PSD format (for client pre-view purposes)
- Then, Create: HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/Responsive/Mobile-Phone-Version (Home Page)
- Then, Create Secondary Template Pages (About Us, Services, Contact)
- Create templates for forms, user dashboards, site logins, etc.
Managing Existing Websites:
- Update existing website designs, improve, enhance. Or Sometimes Re-Design whole site.
- Do customer maintenance requests. "Can you add this picture", "Can you change this text", etc....
- Be Creative! I need someone who can make my sites to look GOOD! Use Accents, Subtle Backgrounds, Little things that really "POP" the design.
I need someone who can check-in with me daily for tasks. And complete them within the next 24 hours. (or can be longer depending on the size of project).I am in United States, Eastern Time Zone (EDT).
To be considered for this, please let me know: your experience with front-end design and let me know how well your graphic skills are by showing me a couple examples of your recent work. I am looking for someone who can make professional, but eye-catching designs using the newest design techniques/practices/ideas. Does this sound like you?
