Need DNN Developer to update site from 4.0.9 to 9.10.2

Our ISP (Managed.com) has notified us that they will no longer support our site (campsychserv.com) after 11/30/21 unless we upgrade the site from the current DNN 4.0.9 to DNN 9.10.2. The ISP is setting up a staging site with a copy of the current site and doing
