I need a clean, military-professional website built for the National Defence Academy that serves one clear purpose: educating visitors about who we are and what we teach. The site is strictly informational, so no recruitment forms or alumni log-ins for now—just a solid, well-structured platform that showcases our Courses & Programs section in depth.

I will supply the written content and images for each course; your job is to design and develop the site, organise the material logically, and make sure everything loads quickly on both desktop and mobile. A simple CMS (WordPress or similar) is fine as long as I can update course details myself later.
