Multilingual Shopify Store Setup for Retail

I'm looking for an experienced Shopify developer who can help in setting up a multilingual Shopify store for our small retail shop. The functionality of the online shop must include:
- Product catalog: A system that will allow us to display and categorize our diverse product range with the ability to add, remove, or update products.
- Shopping Cart: A seamless shopping experience where customers can add their preferred items, modify quantities, or shift between different products.
- Payment Gateway: Integration of a secure payment portal for easy, fast, and secure transactions.
