Multi-page HTML Document Creation with image as background and margins set without cutting the background image

I need a multi-page HTML document with a repeating background image and set margins.
- The background image will be the same across all pages.
- The background will be an image file, not a solid or gradient color.
i have an html document which may contain multiple pages as per the data fetched from db. following things are required to be done for the document
1. i need to set the page margins by the variable parameter fetched say 4 parameters are right, left, bottom and top margins which should be adjusted same for all the pages.
2. i need to incorporate an image as background which should repeat on every printable page.
3. the adjusted margins should not cut the background image as the said image is the letterhead of the client which is supposed to be present in the background as it is.
i am attached my generated code for your reference. this code should not be changed only the above said part may please be added.
