Multi-language Support Needed for Website

I've developed a website using HTML, CSS, and JS, and have implemented a responsive design. However, I'm now in need of assistance with localization for multi-language support. The website needs to be translated into English, Turkish, Arabic, and Russian.
- Translations: I have some translations ready, but not all.
- Previous Work: I've attempted to define the keys and translations in a JSON format, but am unsure how to implement this.
- File Preference: I have no preference for whether each language's text is stored in separate JSON files or combined in a single JSON file.
