Multi-Site Static Page Generator with Advanced CMS and SEO Optimization.

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a static page generator that can handle multiple sites. The generator can be built using Hugo, Jekyll, Strapi, or any other suitable technology.

CMS Server Setup
• Set up AWS with or without Runcloud
• Provide instructions on how to add other domains

Static Page Generator & CMS
• Create a static page generator using Hugo, Jekyll, Strapi, or other suitable technology
• Provide instructions on how to add more domains
• Ensure that the generator can handle over 1 million pages
• Design 5 website templates based on Webflow templates
• Provide control on CMS to change the logo, theme color, etc.
• Provide a function to menu and header (so that the user can add tracking code, etc.)
• Implement a function to select which websites to link to for internal linking (see example at the end of the requirement)
• Allow up to 500-1000 images to be uploaded for use as featured images, with the ability to randomly select one for each post
• Provide the ability to edit and delete articles
• Ensure that uploaded articles are automatically organized and categorized according to selected keywords. For example, if the post title contains "crypto," it can be assigned to the "crypto" category automatically. The user should be able to create categories and matching keywords.

Article Uploader
• Provide a user-friendly interface to upload articles in HTML format, supporting h1 - h6 tags, image tags, YouTube videos, and p tags
• Ensure the article uploader can support the upload of over 1 million articles within 1 day
• Allow for bulk uploading of articles through Python or other methods

SEO Optimization
• Ensure the blog is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines
• Ensure interlinking between the sites
• Optimize page speed to achieve a score of 90 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights
• Automatically update the sitemap to include new pages and posts
• Implement schema markup for SEO optimization

WordPress Content Transfer
• Help transfer current WordPress blog posts to the new CMS
• Transfer up to 10 GB of data per website (there are 5-10 websites)

Multi-Site Internal Linking:
• The user should be able to select specific sites and categories to link to for internal linking. For instance, Site A can link to Site D and E, with Site A's "Technology" category linking to Site D and E's "Technology" category. Similarly, Site B can link to Site C and E, with Site B's "Business" category linking to Site D and E's "Business" category. If Site D does not have a "Business" category, it will link to the default category. The format for internal links will be as follows:
