Movie and Series Aggregator with TMDB Integration

My project involves developing a movie and series aggregator that utilizes the TMDB API to display the most popular and most-watched titles. The site will feature a sidebar allowing users to filter movies and series by genre, streaming platforms, and languages.
The main page will showcase a selection of posters for the most-watched movies, trending titles, popular picks, and upcoming releases. For series, the page will highlight the most popular and trending shows. Additionally, there will be a hero banner displaying the most popular movies and series prominently.
In the movie details pages, users will see the movie poster, title, rating, runtime, release date, genres, an overview of the plot, the main cast, director, available streaming platforms, trailers, clips, and recommended related movies.
For series, the detail pages will follow a similar format, displaying the series poster, title, rating, runtime, release date, genres, an overview, the main cast, director, available streaming platforms, trailers, clips, and recommended related series.
The site will also include a search bar, allowing users to search for movies and series, with results displayed in an organized manner.
I'm encountering an issue where the button on the hero banner for series is not functioning, and I also need to implement gamification on the platform.
Regarding gamification, my goal is to encourage users to actively interact with the website and participate in the community. This will include the ability to share comments, create a ranking system based on the movies and series they've watched, and earn badges based on their activity and contributions to the platform. Additionally, I would like to implement a user profile system where users can save and track the movies and series they have watched.
