Modifications to Zoho Creator application

We need some changes and improvements done to our zoho creator application.
1. We have a function on a reports page , a button called send Quote. When pressing this function it opens a pop up form which has various fields , currently we have a problem that the actual report that we click the button for is a quote and should be converted to pdf and then attached with the email body etc , this is currently not happening and the customer only receives the email body and no attachment. needs to be fixed.
2. we require the HTML layout , pdf page to be updated with an additional logo.
