Minimalist Podcast WordPress Setup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a clean, minimal-looking WordPress site built specifically for my podcast. The entire site revolves around publishing and showcasing each episode, so an intuitive episode archive and a prominent, responsive audio player are essential. I also want listeners to be able to subscribe right from the site—email sign-ups or a simple membership add-on is fine as long as it’s friction-free and easy for me to manage afterward.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• WordPress installed and fully configured on my host
• A lightweight, minimalistic theme customised with my colours and logo
• Episode template that automatically embeds the audio player and pulls in show notes, guest bios, and download links
. Paid subscribers get access to “New” content, episodes become free after 3 months.
• Subscription feature set up (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, MemberPress—whichever you recommend that keeps branding minimal and integrates smoothly)
• Basic pages: Home, About, Episodes, Contact
• Clear instructions or a short Loom walkthrough so I can publish future episodes myself without touching code
I prefer the “Blubrry” plugin but other specialised podcast tools will be considered. I’m after reliability and a familiar WordPress editing flow above all with the intent to fully automate but for now, once the site is live and tested on desktop and mobile, the job’s done.
