Migrate https://dasharo.com to Hugo Framework

The goal of the project is to migrate https://dasharo.com to Hugo Framework (https://gohugo.io).
Result of the project should be open-source and published on Dasharo GitHub (https://github.com/dasharo) and hosted using GitHub Pages: https://gohugo.io/hosting-and-deployment/hosting-on-github/.
Dasharo.com and migrated website should look the same except use of different technology.
To bid this project you should:
1. Have previous proven experience with Hugo both theme creation as well as templates. Please send links to your previous work related to Hugo Framework.
2. Have previous proven experience with git. Ideally Github, Gitlab or other similar account with history. Please send link to your profile.
