Migrate and Upgrade Website to WordPress

I need my current website reworked. It's on the Wix platform, but I want to move to WordPress hosted by Bluehost.

Requirements:
- Overall design and theme should replicate current Wix site.
- Must include:
- E-commerce capabilities
- User login system
- Blog section
- I'm open to plugin recommendations

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in WordPress and Bluehost
- Experience with site migration from Wix to WordPress
