Microsoft Dynamics Higher Education Portal System
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for a web developer/designer who has experience working with microsoft dynamics apps. We are a non-for-profit educational institution that would like to setup a higher education accelerator, portal, and CRM system which will involve some customization for HTML/CSS/JS Based pages.
NOTE: We need a developer who has worked on MICROSOFT DYNAMICS PROJECTS in the past.
The following are the various development tasks that we would like to implement into the Microsoft dynamics project. This is the first initial phase, and we will provide more information, content, and details as these tasks below are carried out.
1) Customize the higher education portal system by adding graphics, and texts into the portal. The content is available on the currently your10life website https://www.your10life.com/
2) Enter all of the courses into the system. The courses are located on the website on the menu under OUR TRAININGs. They include Virtual Discovery, Virtual Breakthrough, etc. See Website https://www.your10life.com/
3) Allow for the data from courses to be viewed on the public web, along with the date and time that each is occurring.
4) Create a user access level system that includes:
b) crew leader or tech team
c) power crew leader
d) co-captain of a level 1 or level 2
e) captain of a level 1 or level 2
f) captain of level 3
g) master
h) employee
i) manager
j) director
h) executive
5) Create these various forms listed below:
a) Initial registration form
b) photo release form
c) hold harmless agreement form
d) scholarship application form
6) Create a homework section in the system which will include these two sections:
a) initial homework
b) main homework
7) Create a group calendar system.
8) Connect the BUSINESSCENTRAL.DYNAMICS CRM accounting system so that it can exchange information with the Microsoft dynamics higher learning portal.
9) Integrate the IP TELEPHONY system which into both the CRM and HIGHER LEARNING PORTAL so that we are able to use SMS to send students notices, and messages.
