Microsite (Personal Blog)

Hi, I'm helping a client create a microsite. She wants her website to look almost identical to this:

She will provide the required categories. Content will also be input by her after the project is done. Meanwhile, I will help you furnish some placeholder content and provide you the assets.
Requirements:
- The website must be made using the bootstrap framework.
- You must not use Squarespace or Wix to complete this project.
- The website must be viewable and responsive on various screen resolutions.
- All source code must be sent to me. There is no need for server-side hosting.
