Am looking for a developer to develop a Microfinance Follow-Up and Reminder Management System
Objective: Improve loan collection strategy through automated follow-up reminders.
System Overview:
A PHP Laravel-based system with an AdminLTE dashboard to manage follow-up reminders, TAT reports, facility ranking, and milestone alerts.
User Roles & Responsibilities:
• Admin: Manages users, products, funders, and system settings.
• Credit Analyst: Creates and manages follow-up reminders, records feedback, and updates reports.
Core Modules:
1. Facility Surveillance (Follow-Up Reminders)
o Set reminders based on loan milestones for three products:
 Invoice Discounting
 Order Finance
 SME Loans
o Automatic notifications for due follow-ups.
o Feedback tracking with the option to reschedule reminders.
o Reports for today’s reminders and pending feedback reminders.
2. TAT Report Management
o Users can generate reports for:
 Assessment TAT
 Invoice Confirmation TAT
 Order Confirmation TAT
 External Funder TAT
o Auto-calculated turnaround times and variance tracking.
3. Facility Ranking
o Automatically ranks loans based on follow-up history and urgency.
o Helps prioritize collections based on performance trends.
4. Facility Milestone Alerts
o Alerts for loans approaching key milestones.
o Ensures proactive follow-ups before critical dates.
