Merge 2 existing Jotform forms
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have 2 existing Jotforms that currently have separate Landing / Info pages, and a separate linked Jotform form capture (submit page). I want to keep the same set of fields and text, and incorporate the submit form pages to the end of the 2 landing pages.
Here is what I need:
* One consolidated Jotform that mirrors the current questions and field order, including all present validations, conditional logic, submission messages and email auto responders. We provide links to existing content.
* Existing submission tables not needed, as they haven't been used yet.
* Any integrations or webhooks already attached to the individual forms (e-mail notifications, Google Sheets sync, etc.) replicated or re-pointed to the unified form.
* Apart from updating the existing navigation flow buttons, I also need to imbed the Terms & Conditions for each as an expanding text box, instead of the current extra landing page.
* Suggestions on simple improvements to the design of the forms, to give a more premium look and feel for the end user. The current design is close though, and doesn't need much work.
Detailed instructions, with links to existing Jotfrm's are provided in attached brief. I don't have the ability to give collaborator access, so you will need to work within your own Jotform account from the existing form links provided, then provide the finished forms back to me for import / cloning into my own Jotform account.
Please make sure you have existing Jotform experience before quoting, ideally with examples of your prior Jotform work. We think circa $100 - $200 is a fair price given we are providing all the content ready done, and you just have to rearrange it.
