Medical Exam Order Webpage Development

I need a developer to create a webpage to facilitate medical exam orders.
Key functionalities required:
- I need an order form to capture detailed patient information and then generate a medical order.
- The website should feature a catalog of the various medical exams available and subcategory.
- The platform requires a payment functionality. I prefer using Webpay and apple android pay for transactions.
- After each transaction, a customized PDF containing the exam order details and the patient's name should be sent automatically via email and available to direct download.
- The website need to be simple for the customer and easy to buy with a few steps.
-The website need to have a page of "about us", "Medical information", "Exam page categories with a subcategories of exam, sorted by different spect of the customer, the customer can select wich exam they want to buy (to add to the cart) and need to have a bottom for contact us by form for special requeriments of exams. Also we need a bottom on the inicial page to get partnership with companies.
We also want to have an information filling form like the one in this website: https://yomecontrolo.cl/ to help customers who didn't know what they need.
-The website needs to be compatible to website by cellphone, computer and tablet.
- The ideal website need to be elegant, modern, simple to use with a fast process to buy the product.
Ideal candidate:
- Has proven web development experience, including integrating payment solutions, particularly Webpay.
- Should be able to implement custom PDF generation and automated email sending.
