Match Making Rating (MMR) webpage for esports league
Budget: $10 – $5,000 USD
Create a webpage and back engine capable of:
1) allowing teams to select 1 hour time blocks for the week,
2) rank the teams using an MMR,
3) allow the teams to select number of games per week that they want to play,
4) create a schedule of matches for the week using the above information keeping teams as closely ranked as possible for matches while allowing for the time blocks (for example a team on east coast with early times won't be scheduled against a team on west coast with late times), and
5) allows for the teams to input the scores each week with double confirmation from each team to submit.
This may also need a team login page/signup as well.
