C2C Marketplace website development project

I am looking for a developer to help me create a C2C Marketplace website that allows users to exchange goods. I am open to using any technology stack, but I prefer PHP/Laravel or Python/Django. The most important features that I need to include on the website are advanced search and filtering options. Additionally, I would like to have user profiles and ratings, as well as a secure payment system. Ideal candidates should have experience in developing marketplace websites and be proficient in either PHP/Laravel or Python/Django. Using WP with WooCommerce plugins ready to go.
